How to have a business, a family and a life … successfully!

“If you are not willing to risk the usual, you will have to settle for the ordinary.” - Jim Rohn

Hi, I’m Sandy Gallagher and I am Your Personal CEO – and someone who has never wanted a life less than extraordinary!

While I grew up around businesses and had a very successful multi-million company myself, there was one thing I knew from a very early age.

I wasn’t going to settle for an ordinary life – and with 5 kids it’s certainly been far from ordinary!

Business … it’s been in my blood since before I was born. My parents owned a business and so did my grandparents.

Growing up, I had many supervision and training positions, and also operated market stalls while working in full-time positions.

I just loved it and still do. But my very first major learning when it came to leading an extraordinary life and having a business was knowing that success was easy, I just had to be consistent and persistent.

Like you, I would come to realise the many learning milestones in my life that would bring me to this point in business.

Here are my top 5 learnings:

  • The awakening that you can earn more from leveraging from a business rather than working for someone else.
  • Success builds on success.
  • Getting to create and choose my lifestyle, hours, and grow the business.
  • Meeting amazing people who share their insights and having great coaches and mentors.
  • Being on a path of self-improvement. Always.

I’ve been a CEO more for 11 years’ managing our multi-million dollar, successful family-owned business from the ground up.

And often the question is asked…. When do I start planning an exit or transformation strategy for my business? My answer is always: From the start of your business journey.

Being vulnerable…

A decade ago I learnt that if you aren’t prepared for what lies ahead and to transform your business when needed, whether it be for; exit, move out, acquisition, growth, expansion, scaling or downsizing, then you are vulnerable.

When you are vulnerable and not in the driver’s seat of your current business you are unable to clearly and objectively capitalise on the commercial opportunities available.

Like you, I realised I had skills others didn’t possess.

This is where my skillset lies:

In asking the right questions that will articulate your transformation goals and the areas that need to be fine-tuned so that your business is ready for the next stage of transformation.

With an established model, I will support you to achieve those goals, whether they are commercial, lifestyle, family or health focused.

So let’s get you in the driver’s seat of your business so you can achieve your goals and create a life that suits you.
